Our Apple Certified Cobalt Technicians can log into your Apple computer, and help you from anywhere in the world. And there are 2 ways to do this.
The quickest way is to click the “Start Cobalt Quick Support” button below, download the package, then go to your “downloads” folder and open it to activate the session. If you need immediate help, there is a $49 “Priority Placement” fee, but if you can wait, and you call 561-623-0533 to schedule a remote session at our convenience, then no “Priority Placement” fee will be assessed.
“Quick Support” remote support rates are $99 per hour, or $29 per 15 minute segments.
